Thank you for stopping by to find out more about me, the woman behind LBB Business Solutions.

I am an expert in collaborative working and finding enterprising solutions for effective and efficient working. I understand the importance of identifying and resolving pain points and as a business owner myself, believe I’m able to provide insight, empathy and understanding when supporting my clients to achieve their own success.

My clients describe me as approachable, enthusiastic, inspiring and supportive with the innate ability to see where people are struggling and guide them to solution.

In five years I‘ve developed and grown LBB Business Solutions to what it is today. I have personally benefitted from the support of a business coach and I know the power of business coaching and the shifts it can create. My goal is to empower business owners and entrepreneurs to OWN their business future by providing accountability coaching and training for sustainable growth.

I offer one to one coaching, group programmes and deliver my own and tailored workshops to meet a specific need. No business is the same and recognising that I offer flexibility in my programmes to support my clients and to facilitate change and growth.

With over 20-years’ experience in business and partnership working I have seen major changes in the way business is carried out - including the introduction of the world wide web and email and remember when mobile phones were the size of bricks! I believe what hasn’t changed is that core business beliefs and ethics are as valuable today as ever including; the power of business foundations, clear vision, exceptional customer experience and going the extra mile.

LBB Business Solutions was established in 2013 after the closure of my employer, Salisbury City Centre Management. In my role as City Centre Manager, a position I held for ten-years, I was responsible for the strategic and operational management of the partnership. I also organised the Christmas Lights Switch On for the city, St. George’s Day celebrations and a duck race or two.

My experience has been gained from working in the not for profit sector, government and commercial arenas. A huge advocate and a firm believer in networking I helped to establish the Women on Wednesday networking group in Salisbury back in 2004, which I still run today, although now have the support of a fantastic committee.

You can find me most days hanging out with my Facebook community, come and join us in the Make It Happen group. You can also get in touch with me by email or why not give me a call.
